Book Description
The visualization of fluid flow has played a major role in the development of fluid dynamics and its applications, from the evolution of flight to tracking weather, and understanding the flow of blood. The Fluid Dynamics Division of the American Physical Society sponsors an annual competition for outstanding images of fluid flow. This volume includes a selection of winners from 1985 to the present.
